Without going into too much detail, this place kept a roof over my families head when we were in a very tough position during a very tough year. At the writing of this review we have been here for 7 months as an extended stay rental. The front office and everyone who has worked there have been amazing. I’ve never had a package or mail get mishandled. The grounds stay clean, and the matinence crew do great during snow storms. The fireplace has been a shining star for my family. If we’ve ever had an issue with appliances or the heat it has been addressed within a day. The location is great as well, it’s between two major cities as well as close to the highway so we have plenty of options for take out and entertainment. We’re very thankful we came across them when we did.

14 months ago I moved into a lovely extra large studio after selling my home waiting for an apartment for 55 and older. I didn’t know what to expect being a home owner and reservations were made via telephone. I arrived at the clubhouse and was greeted by Aurie, one of the managers and Deb Manager of the housekeeping department. Once checked in, they offered to help me with my luggage which was a big help. Once unpacked, I walked around the grounds which are beautiful as are the rooms with several floor plans to choose from. (I would encourage reservations to be made as early as possible). There is a pool that they keep open late into September and if handicap, they even thought of a chair to help you in and out of the pool! Basketball Court for adults and children used year round. Most popular especially in the winter is their beautifully landscaped fire pit. Laundry is on-site making it convenient to walk or drive to laundry mat without leaving the grounds! There are families in transition selling homes and waiting for home sales to drop or interest rates to go down, families that are traveling, coming up from the south for the summer and back south for the winter. Most important, everyone is respectful and kind to each other including dogs who meet friends along the way. Special thanks to Renee, reception, Deb, Sheryl, (another great housekeeper) Mitch, Manager of the property and others, Kyle, Frank,(24/7) two of the best maintenance men, proud of the grounds and apartments they maintain, and the winter snow! Zack, also reception where mail and packages are delivered. Another great group of kids that keep the grounds and apartments lovely as I call them,”the crew” are Bob, Corey and many other kids who are terrific that I should know by name but only face. As I get ready to leave November 1st, this has been a wonderful experience and I thank all of you for making my stay so enjoyable. Carol Cunningham

I have lived at this location for several months. The rooms and facilities are good. The grounds and landscaping are well taken care of. Certainly above average for this type of establishment. The staff are what makes this place stand out. They have been more than accommodating. If you are looking for a place to stay, long or short term, this is a great option.

I want to give a heartfelt and "deserved" "thank you" to my "Residence Inn family" who have loved and supported me through loosing my husband 5 months ago. Bob had a heart attack while taking our pup out for her evening stroll. It was so traumatic. My husband passed on the grounds and the EMTs could not revive him after working judiciously to do so. I was in shock. I believe this would have been 10 yrs that my husband first became a resident. Known lovingly as "Captain Bob". Bob was a decorated Marine receiving 2 purple hearts in Vietnam and had many stories to share. Several years later, we re-united as I returned from Florida. I've been here 5 years and I "absolutely" love our studio home!!! It is extremely well maintained with pride and is so comfortable that I have no plans on leaving. The 2 queen bed studio IS very spacious. It features a beautiful fireplace, desk area, entryway w/closet, spacious kitchen, dining area, very spacious 2 queen beds, dressers, TV, more closets, huge vanity area for all of my skincare and hair products and a separate toilet/shower door for privacy. We were recently given "brand new furniture"!!!!! Ty Mitch, Frank, Deb and Kyle. I am going to speak on behalf of many of us who have chosen to stay here at "The Residences" in the foreseeable future and beyond. We are so comfortable and feel like a real community. I absolutely "love," my home here and will be staying because the staff has become "my family." Mitch, Frank, Deb, Zach...Thank you for looking out for me as just 3 weeks after Bob passed, I had a tough cervical spine surgery which was unsuccessful. I had to recover on my own. During these months, I have been checked on, brought my mail, packages, and the fantastic young men on the cleaning crew have been so wonderful taking my garbage out. A big shout out to them and to Zach who has become like a son to me. A very special thanks to Frank, head of maintenance who make miracles with his maintenance knowledge. Such an incredibly brilliant great guy. I had to re-home my pup when Bob passed. Frank adopted her for me and she now has a whole family who love her sweetness and nuances. Ty Frank. I give this property a 5 star rating because sometimes people do not understand how hard the staff is working behind the scenes to serve us. We have it all! Lastly, included in the rent are all utilities, maintenance, cleaning, cable, Wi-fi, snow removal, gym, pool, basketball, fire pit and exceptional customer service at the desk. I can assure you that Mitch is one of the most kindest, caring person I have ever met. He gives us 110% everyday. Ty Mitch, you are appreciated. I would invite you to come join our community family whether it's for a night, weekend, between houses, or a job. We welcome you. Thanks for letting me share Donna B. These are photos of my home. I even have my own treadmill!

I have lived here since September and will until at least the next September. Any issue I have had has been fixed within 24 hours. It is very quiet here, even over new years. People leave you alone, but I haven't had a bad interaction with anyone. There are plenty of laundry rooms, and there are fire pits and chairs, also propane and coal set ups for grilling outside. It's a good place to stay short or long term!

Stayed for 1 month - wait in between houses. I picked this Residence for it's location. It was perfect for us and our needs. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Although the unit was older and somewhat worn, it was immaculately clean and everything worked and worked well! I appreciated that they asked if we needed any more time nearing the end of our stay. They were happy to accommodate the 1 more day we needed. We were comfortable there and would stay again. Thank you!

Very homey accommodation. Plenty of space, very usable kitchen. Pool, gym, business center, laundry. Property backs up to the highway, so you hear the road noise in the back buildings. The staff have all been excellent to deal with. Some areas seem older and in need of a refresh.
